Government of Andhra Pradesh, Forest Department has released the notification for the recruitment to the 2167 posts of Asst Beat Officer, Forest Beat Officer, Forest Section Officer, Thandar, Bungalow Watcher and Technical Assistant. AP Forest Dept Exam Pattern : Qualifying Examination consisting of 3 papers.
1. Paper I : Essay Writing in English or Telugu or Urdu. This examination will be of one(1) hour duration and maximum marks of 20.
2. Paper II : General Knowledge .This examination will be of one and Half hour(90 min) duration and maximum marks of 100.
3. Paper III : General Mathematics. This examination will be of one and Half hour (90 min) duration and maximum marks of 100.

A. Paper I : General Essay
B. Paper II : General Knowledge
1. General Science : Contemporary developments in Science and
Technology and their implications.
2. Current events of national and international importance.
3. History of India : emphasis will be on broad general understanding of the subject in its social, economic, cultural and political aspects with a focus on AP Indian National Movement.
4. World Geography and Geography of India with a focus on AP.
5. Indian Polity and Economy
6. Mental Ability - Reasoning and Interfaces.
C. Paper-III : General Mathematics (up to 10th Class (SSC)).
Syllabus for the Post of Techncial Assistant :
A. Paper I : Draftsman (Civil) trade in ITI.
B. Paper II : General Knowledge (Same as above)
C. Paper-III : General Mathematics
